Halle is living. Each day there are greengrocers, bakers and butchers on the central market square. People are walking through the city. You can meet many young people. A reason might be, that the university is spread all over the city and so the students have to walk between the different locations.
How would a city look like without people? The buildings might look amazing, but people create the city life!
