The Hallmarkt is another market square. There you will find this fountain called Göbel-Fountain. In front of us you can see the big church on the central market square. On the square's right side you can find the city library. Behind us is the Händel concert hall and the MDR broadcasting centre. The MDR is the biggest public media cooperation in the region. In the broadcasting centre are all radio stations run by the MDR located.
However, Halle has an independent (not private) radio station called Corax, which is worth listening to.
