In Halle there is one of the oldest German chocolate factories. In the factory you can find of course a shop with all the different sweets produced. The most important product are the so called Hallorenkugeln. However, at this point we are more interested in the chocolate museum. There you can learn about chocolate production and about the history of this sweet tradition.
Maybe the highlight of the exhibition is the so called chocolate chamber. Here you can see a picture. All items on the table besides the table and the body of the violin are made of chocolate. The walls are also made of chocolate! 800 kg of chocolate were used in the chamber. You should really not miss this museum!
